Order Shipment and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If your tracking number has not been updated, that means it still hasn't left the courier's facility. Please reach out to us if you notice any irregular delays.
Order Processing
  • Orders placed before 12pm MST will be shipped out the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm MST will process and ship on the following business day.
  • Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipment Information

Shipment and delivery details can be found via the tracking number provided, and are included in order confirmation emails. We ship all order using Premium Priority Shipping! The standard shipping time is 2-5 days after the order has left our warehouse. We provide free shipping for all orders.
Delivery times are dependent on USPS and UPS working hours. We do not offer international shipping at this time. 
Lost Orders

If you believe your order has been lost or misplaced, please file a claim with the respective courier to resolve the issue.
